1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jl8 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jl8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jl8 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl8 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). jl8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their jl8 account.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the jl8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as prescribed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on jl8.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jl8 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl8 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by jl8 or its affiliates.

jl8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl8 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration. To access real-money games on jl8, you must complete the registration process and create a jl8 account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jl8.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jl8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jl8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jl8 account that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify jl8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Never share your jl8 login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to be jl8 support staff.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You must keep your account information up to date. jl8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including an incorrect mobile number that prevents receipt of verification codes or withdrawal notifications.

3.5 Account Verification. jl8 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Deposits. jl8 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jl8 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. jl8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Players who have received bonuses must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

4.4 Transaction Finality. All deposits made to your jl8 account are final and non-refundable once credited. jl8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network issues beyond jl8's reasonable control.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jl8 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable Philippine law. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. jl8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your jl8 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

5.4 Abuse. jl8 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.5 Modification . jl8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jl8 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 RNG Certification. All casino games on jl8 — including slots, table games, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jl8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. jl8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on jl8. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by jl8 at any time. jl8 also reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific player accounts where deemed necessary.

6.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify jl8 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. jl8 will investigate the dispute using server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game activity on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Accessing or attempting to access the jl8 Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not expressly authorized by jl8;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jl8 Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the jl8 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by jl8;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl8 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Creating or using a jl8 account on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent;
• Accessing the jl8 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. jl8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

8.2 Player Tools. jl8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your jl8 account to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the jl8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jl8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. jl8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the jl8 name, logo, or any other jl8 trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without jl8's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. jl8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond jl8's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Cap on Liability. jl8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in games on jl8 at your own risk. jl8 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay on the Platform.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your jl8 account at any time by contacting jl8 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 jl8-Initiated Suspension. jl8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl8 reasonably determines that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or fraudulent information;
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Engaged in conduct that jl8 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, jl8 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. jl8 will provide written notice of the reason for termination where legally required to do so.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl8 Platform.

12.3 Regulatory Compliance. jl8 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits jl8's obligations under applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. jl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

13.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms, jl8 will provide notice to registered players via the contact information associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jl8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
